The ADOPEM NGO Training Center implements training programs, projects and activities aimed primarily at women, youth and vulnerable Micro and Small Businesses, and provides the human capital for Micro Finance institutions, Development Banks and Cooperatives.
The Training Center also supports Enterprise Creation, which promotes entrepreneurship and strengthening of companies.
The Center also builds the capacity of youth for the labor market through employment and / or entrepreneurship programmes and coordinates internships in well-known national companies.
