INFOTEP, the governing body of the national system of vocational training of Dominican Republic, is a non-profit autonomous organization within the state, a legal entity, created by Act 116 of January 16, 1980, and regulated by regulation no. 1894. It is run by a board of directors and has a tripartite structure composed of the governmental, business, and labor sectors, which is administered in a common direction.
